Lovely little cottage. Jane is friendly and can't do enough for her guests. Perfect location for exploring Crieff and surrounding areas. Well equipped for a relaxing break. A real 'home away from home.' I hope to come back many times to this beautiful cottage. Thank you for everything Jane!

A comfortable and well equipped base for a week's walking in the Perthshire hills. Well located for a variety of walking and good to return to a warm and cosy cottage after a day in a variety of Scottish weather.

We recently spent a lovely chilled out week at Ivy Cottage, the first guests back in after 2nd lockdown. What can we say, Crieff and surrounding area was lovely with great places to visit. The cottage was quaint and very comfortable with underfloor heating in the downstairs bathroom which was good given we were there in the cold and wet May snow. Most comfy bed and all we needed for cooking and relaxing. Jane was a kind and thoughtful host who ensured our stay was comfortable. Lovely gardens and the wee conservatory great for watching the birds. X

We had a brilliant stay at Ivy Cottage in January 2020. It was relaxing and quiet; just what we needed. We used it as an ideal base for exploring the nearby mountains. Our dogs had a great time and settled in immediately. Jane is very thoughtful and provides all sorts of little extras which really help make the stay lovely. We would certainly stay again. Thank you Jane!

We booked but were unable to travel due to medical event. We live in NZ and Jane had agreed to accept payment on arrival (we sent a $nz cheque to secure) Jane did not execute the cheque and when we offered to reimburse any loss, Jane would not accept. This we did not expect, we are really sorry we did not meet this lovely person, We have fond memories of Crieff and Perthshire from previous visits, and if able to travel in future will certainly book with Jane. Thank you Jane we are sorry you will not accept some payment. Best wishes for the future Sue & Alf

Thank you Jane for a wonderful week in your beautifully maintained cottage! Everything that we could possibly have needed was thoughtfully provided. Ivy cottage is perfectly situated to visit many local attractions. Perth, Stirling, Dundee, the Trossachs and highland Perthshire & Stirlingshire are all within easy reach. There was more to see and do than we had time for in one week and we would certainly stay again!

We really enjoyed our week in Crieff, especially as we were so lucky with the weather. The cottage was very comfortable, and is ideally situated for touring the area. We would certainly recommend it to our friends, with dogs as not many places are doggie friendly. It was nice meeting you and if we return to the area we will certainly consider staying in Ivy Cottage.

A return visit & another lovely, relaxing break. Within a couple of hours of arriving we felt completely at home. As we keep telling everybody, Ivy Cottage has the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Thanks Jane, we'll be back.

We have just spent a marvellous week at Ivy Cottage. We appreciated the fact that even though we arrived late, we found Jane waiting to welcome us.
The cottage was very clean and cosy and had all the stuff one would need to make his stay so enjoyable. The immediate neighbourhood is quite and parking not a problem. The cottage is close to all sorts of shops and restaurants/take aways. It is perfectly situated for touring the many beautiful glens, lochs, castles and all other attractions the Highlands have to offer. For example, in one day, we toured Glen Lyon and even had time to hike ¾ up the way on Ben Lawers in the afternoon.
The only problem was not having more time on our hands and we would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone who is thinking of visiting the area.

We stayed at Ivy Cottage for Christmas and New Year 2010. The cottage is quaint, cosy and very well equipped for the cold frosty snowy weather we had! We had a brilliant time - great walks for the dogs and lots to do in Crieff and the surrounds at this time of year. Thank you Jane, we much appreciated your personal care.

We have been coming to Ivy Cottage for a number of years, (in spring, summer, autumn and winter). The cottage is always warm and welcoming and the garden is an added attraction. The surrounding countryside is spectacular. A large variety of walks can be enjoyed without even resorting to taking the car. It's always a pleasure to meet Jane and enjoy a chat - she has become a dear friend over the years and her kindness in so many ways is exceptional.

Google maps expertly guided us to the delightfully quaint Ivy Cottage just over the River Earn on the outskirts of Crieff. We were warmly welcomed by out hostess Jane and loved the warmth after the cottage especially after the 30 hour flight from Australia. The upstairs bedroom was beautifully presented and from the start we felt at home in the living room where we spent much of our time with its adjoining bathroom and kitchen. However the area we loved was the glassed in conservatory where we enjoyed many breakfasts and dinner relaxing with a glass of wine (not breakfast!!) overlooking the beautifully kept garden. A great start to our overseas holiday. Crieff is centrally situated so we enjoyed many day trips.
